Refund policy
If for any reason your items are damaged in transit, damaged items must be returned and a replacement will be expedited and shipped back out to you. The customer is responsible for shipping damaged items back and The UNI Experience, LLC will handle the shipping of the new item. damaged items must be returned with 5 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at theuniexperience410@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email where to return your damaged items. Items sent back to us without an email first requesting to return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not give refunds however, if a replacement item cannot be sent out due to being out of stock, we will issue a credit or gift card.
