Once you place an order with us, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. Custom items 10 to 15 days as well as shipping time . You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your package while it is in transit. However, please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once your package is in the possession of the carrier.
